California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Equivalent rights are afforded by other state and international privacy laws.
Inquiru does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising of our own. However, certain integrations enabled by our customers (the businesses that use Inquiru) may transfer personal information to third-party platforms in ways that meet the broad statutory definition of "sale" or "share". This page lets you submit an opt-out request that we will honour and forward to the affected workspace.
Inquiru honours the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 header, we record the signal against your session and pass it to downstream integrations. You do not need to submit a separate request if GPC is enabled.
Provide at least one identifier so we can locate your information. We will action your request within 15 business days as required by §1798.135 CCPA.
You may also email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share request" and your contact details. Authorised agents may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, in accordance with §1798.125 CCPA.
