Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Inquiru will issue refunds for subscriptions and credit bundle purchases. Payments for the Inquiru platform are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, a Stripe company). By purchasing a subscription or credit bundle, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid Inquiru plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to your first payment only and does not apply to renewal charges.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, quoting your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to paid features until then.

3. Credit Bundles

Credit bundles are one-time purchases of AI usage credits that are applied to your account immediately upon purchase. Because credits are a consumable digital good that is made available instantly, credit bundle purchases are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A technical error caused the wrong bundle to be charged (e.g. a duplicate charge or incorrect amount).
  • The credit bundle was purchased but credits were never applied to your account due to a platform error.
  • The purchase was made within the last 48 hours and none of the purchased credits have been consumed.

To request a credit bundle refund under one of the above exceptions, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks that are later found to be unjustified may result in the suspension of your account. We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes promptly and fairly.

5. Free Trial

Inquiru offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment is taken during the trial period and no refund is applicable for free trial usage. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the trial automatically.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Lemon Squeezy order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
